FixTrip SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 20,000 euros, registered at the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number 750 699 605 00010 and whose registered office is at rue du Temple, Paris (75004) "FixTrip") operates the website accessible at "www.FixTrip.com", from which it offers services governed by the conditions defined below (hereinafter the "General Terms and Conditions"). The General Terms and Conditions are applicable to any relationship between FixTrip and a Guide as defined below. FixTrip aims to promote services for connecting Users (natural or legal persons) with Guides (natural or legal persons), in order to enable them to experience tourist experiences and guided tours in relation to the inhabitant. FixTrip offers an Intermediation Platform Service, linking Users with Guides. FixTrip can not in any case qualify as a Travel Agent.

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

These GTCs are intended to govern the formalities for the registration of the Services by the Guides and the use of the Services by the Guide as well as the management of the Orders and the realization of the Services.

2.2

The Guides agree to comply with the provisions of the GTCs accessible via the "Become a FixTrip Guide" form available on the FixTrip Site. 2.4

The GTCs applicable to the Guide are those in effect on the FixTrip Site at the time it validates the Form "Become a FixTrip Guide" and at any subsequent time when it uses the Services. ARTICLE 2 - DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Services offered by FixTrip include Guides and:

    ARTICLE 3 - MODALITIES OF ACCESS TO SERVICES

    4.1

    Forms & Become a FixTrip Guide

    In order to access the Services, the Guides will connect to the FixTrip Site free of charge (excluding internet connection costs) in order to follow the procedure detailed below: The FixTrip Site makes available to them a Form "Become a FixTrip Guide" which allows them to indicate name, first name, email address and a password. The Guide is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its identifiers and passwords. FixTrip is not responsible for erroneous data transmitted by the Guides who remain entirely responsible for the data communicated to FixTrip. The Guide remains responsible and expressly acknowledges that it has provided valid and compliant documents.

    4.2

    Guide Account Update The Guide can complete all its back office. He manages his personal information, can create his own guided tours to manage his Guide Account or to inspire the Users to choose, manage, add, delete documents. Regarding the deletion of documents, the Guide is committed to always giving FixTrip the up-to-date documents and ensuring that its Guide Account always meets the original requirements of FixTrip. FixTrip reserves the discretionary right to remove without reservation or justification any Guide Account that contravenes these GTC, or any contractual or legal obligations imposed on it in connection with its business, or any other obligation to which FixTrip is submitted.

    ARTICLE 4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ON THE SITE FixTrip
